What are Chakras?
Our bodies are more than just physical. Based on Eastern traditions, there are energy fields
present in our bodies from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These energy fields are
called Chakras (Sanskrit word for “wheels”). There are 7 major Chakras present in the body. By
balancing these Chakras, you balance your body and your mind.
